UAP were very pleased to assist Mailing & Marketing solutions with a complete Compressed Air System Installation at their new Facility in Leeds.

Mailing & Marketing Solutions, are an all-encompassing Marketing Services Company, with specific emphasis on the production and processing of print & mailed communications.

Following site visits to carry out a Compressed Air usage assessment, UAP designed a complete Compressed Air System to meet all of the requirements on site.

The Solution

Site had been running several Compressors local to each CNC machine and other applications that required Compressed Air. By installing a complete 54mm, M-press Ring-main and a large Air Receiver, UAP were able to improve the Specific power on site and run the entire system on a single KAESER BSD75SFC, 37kW Variable Speed Air Compressor. 

A Used KAESER BSD72, 37kW Fixed Speed compressor was also installed to provide 100% back up for the system.

To ensure the correct Air quality was achieved for the CNC machines on site, UAP installed a Donaldson Refrigerant Air Dryer, complete with Built in Dust and Particle Filtration and an inline Active Carbon Filter to remove any potential Oil Vapour from the system.
